PURSUIT OF VISION

“For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. But by the grace of God I am what I am:and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all:yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.”1 Corinthians 15:9-10.

Some people keep wondering why the least became the most of the apostles. The answer is not easy but one of the reasons is vision and its pursuit to completion. Every great adventure in the kingdom begins with a vision, it’s pursuit is the crown of life. While many talk about vision, achievers go about the fulfillment of vision. Paul did have just one vision, several encounters but one vision.

God is not the author of confusion, his vision grants order to living. Without vision living is vain and without labour, vision becomes vain. It’s not the greatness of vision that results in greatness but the pursuit of vision.

“And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month:and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.”Revelation 22:1-2.

Every encounter with the light of God result in vision. The vision has daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, decade component from one river and one vision.

Eternal life begins with a drink from the river of life that grants light and understanding, a vision for life and eternity. As long as the river flows through you, the vision continues to unfold. The river is the spring of life; it gives meaning to living temporal and eternal.

Several persons began running the race and connected to the vision long before Paul the apostle but the pursuit of vision made all the difference. It’s time to run and not weary, the vision is set, pursue to obtain results.Greatness is set as the end point for them that pursue the heavenly vision.

The pursuit of the heavenly vision can become your vision and ambition today.

Thank you for the revelation of the heart of God which is the fulfillment of heavenly vision by Christ Jesus. Life begins with a drink in the river of life and a vision for life. I connect and run by the same in Jesus name.

AMBITION OR VISION

“To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:”Acts 26:18-19.

Ambition is the driver of many endeavours, business and enterprise. Setting goals, targets, aims, objectives and tools is the norm. This is not a wrong thing to do but the process of keeping up with the ambition of the chief executive.

Christ Jesus is the chief executive of the church and a vision is the byproduct of his word. A vision begin when he speaks, his word is the vision statement. Paul the apostle was a man of ambition, his turnaround came with the vision of the lord Jesus Christ. Many that have made a run for ambition think vision is unnecessary.

Eternal life always come with vision for living; do you know the vision for life?

“And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona:for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”Matthew 16:17-18.

The church is not built by ambition but vision. Everything of eternal value runs on the energy of vision from the word of God . Vision and ambition are two parallel lines that never meet; the end of one is the beginning of the other.

God has not called any man to fulfill his ambtion but vision for life. The difference between the two is as clear as day and night or Saul the Jewish zealot and persecutor of the church and Paul the apostle. The greatest height attainable by ambition is the lowest level obtainable by vision. The limits of ambition is the beginning of vision.

One word from God is all it takes for ambition to end and vision to begin.

Prayer:

Thank you father for distinguishing between vision and ambition to me. I am called to fulfill the vision not ambition. Let the vision be accomplished in me by the same Christ Jesus.

VISION AND AMBITION

“To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:”Acts 26:18-19.

There is a heavenly and an earthly vision, they are not one and the same. Heavenly vision transforms living from terrestrial to celestial and darkness to light.Many have confused earthly with heavenly vision, some have run with an earthly vision thinking its a heavenly vision. Every heavenly vision has a glorious end; ambition is earthly vision redefined.

One may ask, how does one differentiate one for the other. The receipt of a vision and ambition is different; one is by the revelation of Christ Jesus, the other is the desire of the mind. Ambitions are easy to know, their end is a definite object or event.

A vision has both temporal and eternal impact and effect.

“Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more: Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee; Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.”Philippians 3:4-6.

Paul had an ambition which drove him to become a zealot and persecutor of the church.An accomplished lawyer, a Pharisee of great repute and a force to reckon with in the Jewish nation. Ambition makes great things happen in people’s lives, business and other endeavours. By the strength of the flesh, ambition accomplishes mighty things.

A touch of vision made a great difference in his life.  The gains of ambition were lost by a glance of the vision. Every heavenly vision begins with the revelation of Christ Jesus. 

“But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord:for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,”Philippians 3:7-8.

Prayer:

Thank you father for showing me the difference between vision and ambition. Ambition has only a temporal effect, vision has both temporal and eternal effect by the revelation of Christ. May I live by the heavenly vision in Jesus name.

NOW I SEE!

“I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten:be zealous therefore, and repent.”Revelation 3:18-19.

Some days ago, I went to church without my reading glasses and had difficulty reading the word of the scriptures from my tablet. It was a frustrating experience as all the letters were not clear to my view. Sight is one of the treasures of life, vision is sine qua non for ministry. Vision determines the course of life, it’s as far as one can see.

The end time church is in need, some have lost their vision, prosperity have beclouded the quest for godliness. When the gaze is not on the son and the word of God, vision is impaired or lost. Without a clear vision, routines replace creativity and the future is in peril.

Light for vision comes from beholding him who was and is and is to come; the lord Jesus Christ. Light for vision comes from a person, the touch is personal.

“Now the Lord is that Spirit:and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.”2 Corinthians 3:17-18.

Sight begins with focus on an object, vision begins with a gaze of his face. Anoint the eyes with eyesalves is connecting with the light of life for sight. Vision is Spirit given when the eyes are unveiled or open to seeing Christ Jesus  the lord. Change comes to everyone that sees him, vision for living is given to all.

We are not chained by the vision but changed to be bright in life. Greatness is not by chance it’s now by light; now I see the lord. A better and greater tomorrow is no longer a wish, its son-light activated. Continuous light from the son gives access to vision and enlightenment.

A better yesterday is no longer tenable, a brighter future is guaranteed.Seeing Christ is the vision for having a vision for living.

“But the path of the just is as the shining light,that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.”Proverbs 4:18-19.

Prayer :

Thank you lord for opening my eyes to see the vision for living. Christ Jesus is the subject that shows the picture of the future with clarity. Sight and understanding is mine for distinction in life  by the same Christ Jesus.

LIGHT VISITATION

“Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us, To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.”Luke 1:78-79.

Light is the guide to life and the guide throughout life. Light visitation is one of the greatest assets for accomplished living. Light not only highlights the path of life, it’s our guide through the same. One light encounter is all it takes to have access to greatness. One light encounter lasts a lifetime, the greater the encounter, life becomes greater. 

The light of life has no shadows, it lights up every area of life. The brighter light gives access to brighter life.

Light is not a once and for all event, it’s a once and again experience. Those that walk in the light of life never miss their path nor portion in life.

“To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:”Acts 26:18-19.

Light gives access to life inheritance. Paul the apostle had an undeniable, unforgettable light visitation.

Vision is seeing what other eyes cannot see, hearing what they could not hear and understanding what they could not comprehend. The light enlightens your heart to see things differently for a life of distinction. Greatness is not reserved or the preserve of the strong or smart but the lit.

Vision is the unfolding of the secrets of God to man for distinction in life. One light encounter is all it takes to enter the path of distinction in life. Every light visitation changes perception for more distinction. The more you see, the greater distinction in life endeavours.

Light is the limit breaker for distinction; I see the light of life.

“But the path of the just is as the shining light,that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.”Proverbs 4:18-19.

Prayer :

Thank you father for the visitation of light for a life of distinction. Light is the ticket to life; a solution to life situations. This is my path and portion in life by the same Christ Jesus.

WORD ALIVE

“Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us, To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.”Luke 1:78-79

I grew up listening to the radio and watching television occasionally.  The radio always had a fine tuning knob and the television picture was initially in black and white before the advent of colored Tv.  Media sound and pictures has improved so much that it’s almost unnecessary to miss the information delivered.  God has been in the business of communication long before the advent of radio, television and sound system. 

The sight and sounds of God are undeniable, unmistakable and incomparable to any media discovered by man. Vision is the sight and sound of the word of God delivered to man. It is the word of God coming alive or revealed to man.

“But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,”Acts 26:16-17. 

Paul the apostle is an unmistakable recipient of a heavenly vision. 

He saw and heard clearly the word of God for a turnaround lifestyle experience. Whenever the light comes on a life, sight and sound of heaven is delivered for a new chapter of living. The dayspring  delivers sights and sounds for a life of no limits. Light is the ticket to life, the sights and sound grants details or vision for living. 

It’s impossible to be stranded living by a heavenly vision.  Every higher light encounter with vision releases the sight and sound of God for limitless living.  When the word comes alive, living becomes a delight 

“To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:”Acts 26:18-19.

Prayer:

Thank you father for giving us your word in sight and sound more advanced than what technology could afford. Everyone that receives your media becomes a high flier in life. So let it be to me in Jesus name.

NO LIMITS

Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us, To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace. And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, and was in the deserts till the day of his shewing unto Israel.”Luke 1:78-80.

The greatest limitation of man is not darkness but light. When Light comes, the day dawn over life, business and endeavours. Light removes the limits from life, man enters the realms of no limits by light. Just as the daylight causes the dawn of a new day, Light heralds the dawn of new life.

Light does not just brighten life, it gives new life. Irrespective of location Light translates from obscurity to limelight. Life is at a standstill until the Light of life is encountered. The restriction of darkness is released by the light to a life of no limits. One evidence of Light encounter is vision.

“But rise, and stand upon thy feet:for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,”Acts 26:16-17.

Vision is the unveiling of the plans and purpose of God in clear pictures. When light comes, the heart is illuminated to see what eyes have not seen nor ears heard. Vision is the picture of the future in God that gives direction for life. Every encounter with the light ends in a vision. The vision ends division or confusion in life; a new day dawns.

The vision gave Paul the apostle a new lease of life and removed the limits from living. There is no church service anywhere in the world that his name is not mentioned for good. One vision is all it takes to become a witness of the light.

“Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:” Acts 26:19.

Prayer:

Thank you father for the illuminating power of Light for life. A vision is born to end confusion and to grant me a desired future of no limits in life. Thank you for making me a witness of the light through the same Christ Jesus.

VISION FOR LIVING

But rise, and stand upon thy feet:for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,”Acts 26:16-17.

One of the beacons of bright light in the new testament is Apostle Paul. Light gave him access to life and in turn became a witness to the gospel of light. Paul was an accomplished lawyer and religious zealot more than most persons of his faith could ever imagine. A heavenly vision made a difference in his life and he is still making a difference in other people’s lives today.

An encounter with Christ Jesus the light brighter than the sun was his experience of the turnaround power of light. A prosecutor and persecutor became an apostle of the gospel by light encounter.

“Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:”Acts 26:19.

When light comes, a vision is born; apostle Paul had a heavenly vision. The bright light of encounter brings sight and insight to living. The brighter light gave him access to a brighter and better life. Light encounters made him one of the foremost apostles of Christ more than them that walked with Christ on the earth.Above two thirds of the new testament is the proof of his ministry. Turnaround encounters, a change of story, direction and extraordinary accomplishments are light activated.

Paul was enlightened, he became a light to the world for many generations thereafter, that’s the essence of light.

“Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.”Matthew 5:14-15.

Prayer:

Dear father, thank you for the transforming power of light for extraordinary life that gives light to the world. Let your light grant me vision for living in a dark world in Jesus name.

PATENT LIVING

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.”Jeremiah 29:11-13.

One was asked this question, what’s a secret?  His answer was thought provoking; anything that’s not common knowledge. Common lifestyle is the product of common knowledge, extraordinary lifestyle is for them that have the secret of life. That answer may not be satisfactory but the question is answered.

A little thought might help, every brand of product has a secret recipe or product information known only to few top executives of the company. The information is closely guarded or secured for preservation and from competitors. Some have patent rights to avoid duplication or manipulation of its secrets. If we consider every individual created by God as a patent,the plans and purpose is top secret.

“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit:for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.”1 Corinthians 2:9-10.

It’s heartwarming to know that the secret is not hidden in darkness but in the Light. Many have gone to the depths of darkness without details of the plans and purpose of God for them.

Light is the ticket to the secret of God, illumination empowers the eye to see what God has prepared for them. The plans and purposes are too precious to be common knowledge. Light makes all the difference in life, it makes you different and extraordinary. The secret of God is the heritage of high fliers in life, the ticket to extraordinary living…Enlighten your eyes with the light of Christ to enlighten your life.

Common is not good enough, extraordinary is the patent’s lifestyle.

“Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven. Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are his:”Daniel 2:19-20.

Prayer:

Thank you dear father for the secret that give access to patent living in the Light. The secret is in the Light, not in darkness; access is greater with brighter Light. Extraordinary living is my Light heritage in Christ Jesus.
