MY LIFE IS IN THE BOOK

And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed,
which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed: And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.  Isaiah 29:11-12.

Reading of books is not one of the virtues i see commonly in the tech generation. Many more books are written today, few persons are readers.
Several years ago, there were fewer books but more readers of photocopies and pirated copies.
Even with e-copies and reading Apps, ignorance is still on rampage. The book is available to all but opens to one; access is personal. The contents of the book is only accessible to those that read it.
While several books have been written on any subject under heaven, only one book has the plan of God for your life.

Books generally give information, the book gives vision and direction. God’s plan for you is in the book, you’re booked for every page, word and verses open to you. The book is sealed, the spirit of God open the seals for your vision to come alive.
Until vision erupts from the book confusion and frustration continues in life.

My life is in his book, Jesus is the word of God, he opens the book.

“And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.”Revelation 5:4-5.

Jesus is the word of God, he opens the seal on vision and direction in life.Every encounter with the word of God brings to an end confusion and frustration. The vision for your life is sealed until Christ comes into the picture. Many are reading the book but not seeding the vision from the pages. The word open us up to a world of opportunities and possibilities.

Vision is the unfolding of God’s plan and purposes for you in his book. While we open the book personally, the book open to us with clear vision for life.Everyone that connects to Christ have the vision of the book unveiled to him. The book is available to all, only those that are in Christ have the vision from the book

No more frustration or confusion; the word of the lord comes to you as you open the book.

“Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”Jeremiah 1:4-5.

Prayer: Dear Lord, and father of lights, open the chapters of my life from the pages of the book. Bring an end to confusion make a mess of frustration, let the seal over the vision of God for me be broken in Jesus name.

WRITTEN OF ME

And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,Luke 4:17-18.

Ifechukwude” is an Igbo name given by people from the eastern part of Nigeria. It literally means what God has written. It’s borne out of the belief that God has a plan for every life and it is written awaiting discovery. it also means a fulfillment of prophecy , a living witness.

Jesus opened the book and found what was written of him relevant to the time and season of his life.
The vision of his life and the mission to be accomplished was summarized in those verses. It was the reason for living, he knew the plan for him from the pages of scriptures.
Do you know what is written of you?

“Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”Jeremiah 1:4-5.

When the use of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable.

Jeremiah was another person that knew what was written of him; “ifechukwude” Just like Jesus, he was born as a fulfillment of prophecy. Those that open the book discover the reason for their birth and also the purpose for their life. It was written of Jesus to preach the gospel to the poor, brokenhearted with healing and deliverance.  It was written of Jeremiah to be a prophet unto the nations.
The same book is available to you to find what is written of you. God has written of you in his book, don’t close the book on you.

“And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.”Luke 4:20-21.

Prayer; I am thankful dear Father that my vision and life mission is not subject to guess but to the book. Open my eyes to see what is written of me in the book in Jesus name.

VOLUME AND CHAPTERS

Writing a book was not an easy task to undertake several decades ago. The general outline of a book is well known to many- a title, cover page, foreword, preface, contents, acknowledgment, parts/chapters,  index and appendices. While the order may not always be the same these headings are covered.
The title covers the general concept of the book and some books have volumes or more details of the same subject.
It’s amazing to know that God has a book on everyone born of God. Have you seen your book? It has every part of a book and its more than one volume. May come as a surprise or discovery to many persons to know what’s written of them.
God is the author of the book written of you for you.

“And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,”Luke 4:17

Someone may ask, what is written of me? I don’t know, am busy reading of me from the book.
The words are specific, the contents are personal, the vision is written for your reading pleasure. There is one book, the portion of all is written on its pages; it’s the Lord’s book.
We may read the same words, they don’t strike the same cord on different hearts. Everything concerning you is written in the volume of his book, it is not hidden from you but for you.

Jesus opened the same book and found what was written of him. God has a plan for you, it is written in the volume of his book. It’s time to stop guessing and start reading, every word discovery gives access to details of the path of life.

“Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.”Psalms 139:16-18.

Prayer: Father I thank you for writing a book of me. I am not born to guess your plan nor designed to live by chance in a world of chaos. The pages, chapters and volumes of the book open to a world of wonders in Jesus name.

I KNOW HIS PLANS FOR ME

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11.

There are persons that live their life thinking that somewhere along the line they will discover the plan of God. Another group have a sense of entitlement; any way that works out is God’s plan.
The plan of God for your life is not assumed, it is known. Dreams and visions are pictures of the end before the beginning.

Joseph knew the plan of God even before he started the journey of life. Being first born in your family dies not entitle you to being the first to have a dream or vision from God.

God has a purpose for all, discovery delivers the details, not birth order. God is a rewarder, diligence and faithfulness are key ingredients to receiving his plans for you. Those that seek him seriously never miss God’s plan for them.

“But without faith it is impossible to please him:for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6.

God has a plan for you, only the diligent and faithful are rewarded with the plan. Many have lived most of their lives without access to God’s great plan for them. It’s never too late to ask for the reason for living, it never too late to be right.

Every encounter with the word of God culminates in the discovery his plan and your placement in life. God has not changed his mind concerning his plan for you; he does not change his mind with time. Moses had an encounter with God at the burning bush and given a commission to deliver Isreal from Egypt aged 80 after a failed attempt at 40.

It’s never too late to walk with God, you’re never too old to be right with purpose. I know his plans for me!

“Thus saith the Lord the maker thereof, the Lord that formed it, to establish it; the Lord is his name; Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” Jeremiah 33:2-3.

Prayer: Thank you Father for having a plan for me, something worth living for. Thank you also for showing me your plans for me. My life begins with knowledge of your plan; may i continue to live your purpose in Jesus name.

PURPOSE FOR LIVING

Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Jeremiah 1:4-5.

Everyone is born for something, that is the purpose for living. It is customary to celebrate birthdays, but much more important to celebrate the birth of purpose in any life. Without discovery of purpose, there is no reason for living.
Every great destiny begin with discovery of reason for living. Everyone born of a woman is a gift to his world but that begins with discovery of purpose for living. Vision, dreams and word revelation are means of encounter with destiny. Your purpose is not hid from you but for you; those that ask receive, seekers find, and those that knock have the paths of life open to them.

Your purpose is too great to be accessed casually; the principal way to purpose is by the word of God. The word of God is coming to you in audiovisual form.

“Thus saith the Lord the maker thereof, the Lord that formed it, to establish it; the Lord is his name; Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”Jeremiah 33:2-3.

So much has been concluded before conception but revealed on request. The word of God reveals and unveils your reason for living. We were not formed by mistake or created by chance but for purpose. Purpose is not assumed, it’s revealed by the maker.
Great and mighty things are prepared for all, only those that call receive.
When the purpose of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable.”

Purpose is not created by man but for man, ambition can’t compare with vision. Your purpose is too great to be wasted or replaced by ambition. This is the reason for your conception, you’re born with a purpose.
The word of God reveals, unveils and unfolds the purpose of God for living.

“But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit:for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.” 1 Corinthians 2:9-10.

Prayer: Dear Father, I am grateful for giving me purpose for living as unveiled by your word. Guide my feet to the great and mighty things prepared for me in Jesus name.

THE FORCE OF VISION

Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men. Proverbs 22:29.

Diligent is a word that is invaluable in the journey to the high places of life. It gives the sense of consistently giving the best to your assignment. It could also mean serious, hardworking, doing much more or going beyond expectations or excellently.

A great success was asked the secret to running an 18 hour schedule daily without fail. His answer was responsibility and the force of a vision. Vision is the ticket to the palace, it is your life business. The proof of a vision is how you run with it, vision drives you forward.
It’s easy to identify a man of vision, his life is with a mission.

Vision keeps you awake when others are sleeping, or wakes you up at night with thoughts of the next steps. Vision makes you miss meals or skip the meals without knowing it.

“By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king:for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.” Hebrews 11:27.

Vision moves life from the casual or standby mode to the running or flying mode. Vision is your life mission that makes you forgo everything to see its accomplishment. No one stands before the king without being called to be honoured.

In most cultures the king sits on a raised platform to have a good sight of all in the room. Only the accomplished are called up to stand before the king. Only the diligent, excellent are rewarded with a place at the top. Vision is your ticket to the high places of life, it’s time to run with the vision.
Go forward with the force of vision.

“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”Habakkuk 2:3.

Prayer: Dear Father, thank you for the once of vision at work in me. The vision drives me forward and grants me a place at the top. Grace to be diligent in my walk with you in Jesus name.

EYES ON THE FUTURE

By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king:for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible. Hebrews 11:27.

Every time I am on the road driving, I look out for different types of drivers. The long distance, short distance and casual drivers are easily spotted by their attitude behind the wheels.
So also is the race of life, what’s driving you? The future, the present or the past. What you see determines how you live. It’s a great tragedy to be alive without a vision or dream for life.
It’s like dying before ever being born.

Every man born of a woman has a purpose to fulfill in life. Your birth is important but your purpose is more important. Dreams and visions are the unveiling of the purpose of God for you.
It keeps your eye on the future, there’s no better way than to be driven by vision.

A vision or dream is the unveiling of the plans and purposes of God. It gives focus, drive, direction with a clear destination in view. Moses forsook Egypt, because he saw a better future in pictures.
Some call for caution due to deviants of visions and dreams such as hallucinations which is a psychiatric issue.
Many actually thought Moses was insane leaving Egypt for nowhere. The future is limited by sight and hearing but unveiled by revelation. A vision drives you from your present bus stop to your purposed destination of greatness. Those that connect to the invisible God take hold of their dream and vision for living. Those with their eyes on the future make all the difference in their generation.
Those that see the invisible accomplish the impossible; a dream come true.

“Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” Psalms 16:11.

Prayer: Dear Father, creator of the eyes to see and heart to receive vision and dreams. Thank you for unveiling the future and driving me on the paths of life. May your word continually drive me on the right paths in Jesus name.

A GIFT TO YOUR WORLD

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. Proverbs 29:18.

I was reminded recently that the sky is too wide for too birds to have midair collision. The high places are devoid of traffic, only few make it up there.
The question that must be asked is why many are stranded at the low places of life?  Someone has touted the lack of vision or dreams as the reason. How true could that be? Why is everyone trying to be alike instead of being distinct. Herd mentality is the recipe for low life. The best of you is being yourself, the reason why you were born.

You’re a gift to the world if only you could discover what you were born to do. Yesterday’s heroes become today’s history when vision and dreams are discovered. The vision and dream is your ticket to the high places in life.

Stars are born when their reason for living are found. You were not born to belong to the crowd but to be yourself. You’re a gift to the world when the reason for living is found and applied.

Vision and dreams makes all the difference, you become different from the crowd or familiar. Dreams and visions grants special gifts, skills and competence in your area of human endeavour. The next generation is always ahead of the former generation. What is considered a discovery many years ago becomes confined to the history book.
Vision and dreams makes you a gift to your generation; you’re born for a reason, discover and become a trailblazer and pacesetter.
Be a gift to your world.

“Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.” Proverbs 22:29.

Prayer: My Father, thank you for the understanding that I am created for greatness as a gift to my world. Your plans make great, your will is the path of life. May they never depart from my eyes in the name of Jesus.

PROJECT LIFE

Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men. Proverbs 22:29.

“Projects are the proofs of progress” words of inspiration never to be forgotten.
The idea of a project  is reminiscent of the project course work completed in the final year of many undergraduate programs.
It rekindles fond or fearful memories memories in several persons. From having a topic to submitting the project chapters to looking for relevant literature, it wasn’t easy. From the kind, supportive to stressful or overbearing supervisors, that was the last project for some people and are thankful to have graduated.

Life is a project! This may send shivers down the spine of some people. If you’re not doing projects, you’re not making progress. The end of one project signals the beginning of another, some persons have multiple projects going on simultaneously.

God has a plan for you but they’re unveiled in phases and executed as projects The dream or vision is the picture of the end, revealed as daily, monthly and yearly projects. My life is a project!Everyday therefore becomes an assignment, time becomes an asset when your life is a project; God’s project.

Every completed project is an indicator or beginning of another life project. The projects are building blocks of the vision or dream-the expected end. The projects may look diverse, but it adds up at the end; turnaround moment.Keep executing your life projects, the vision speaks loudest at the end.
The high places of life are reserved for those that have excelled in their life projects. My life indeed is a project; projects are paths of life.

“Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” Psalms 16:11.

Prayer; Dear Father, think you for showing me that my life is indeed a project. Everyday is an assignment and time an asset. Grace to live and execute my life projects in Jesus name.
