Signs or sigh!

“And she vowed a vow, and said, O Lord of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the Lord all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.”1 Samuel 1:11.

Its strange and new to many that the covenant requires an oath for performance. Many with the fatalistic view of an oath switch off and wonder. It’s amazing that some believers have lived without deep commitment to Christ. Most employers ensure a sign-in daily, and a letter of appointment issued at employment which is signed for. Salvation is signed-up for actively by a prayer of commitment. Every deeper walk with God is signed into actively. Without these signing-up moments, many have lived as freelance Christians. Check your commitment chart, check what is signed-up for in Christ. Fruitfulness is a covenant, healing is a covenant, protection is a covenant. When the blood is the seal, a deal must be cut actively not passively. This is why many confess Christ and yet end up disappointed. They have no deal, covenant responsibilities apart from church attendance.

“If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.”Isaiah 1:19-20.

Unless a covenant is cut, the affliction continues. God has sworn by himself, brethren you’ve got to swear to partake. If you do not subscribe, the goods cannot be delivered. It’s for the willing and obedient, nothing for observers or spectators. Only covenant partners are entitled to covenant goodies. Without a covenant with God, the gospel becomes a second hand document. God deals with sons not with strangers! The covenant is the restriction to free lance Christianity. Without covenant responsibilities, a dearth of testimonies occur. Worship becomes routine and the gospel is viewed with suspicion. The good of the land is subscribed to by the covenant actively not passively. Sign up to become a sign or sigh through life. The choice is yours.

“For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.”Malachi 4:1-2.

So shall your seed be.

And, behold, the word of the Lord came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir. And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them:and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. Genesis 15:4-5.

The covenant declares the status of his seed long before they are born. Abraham had the promise of stars as sons. Everyone connected to this covenant is a star, they give birth to stars. Fruitfulness is included, it’s a must; status defined before conception. God is not cloning children but making stars as children, plenty in stock. Quality is emphasized, it is better not to live than be counted as a number. God showed Abraham stars, quality children; uncountable stars as sons. Many do not believe that a world of stars is possible; star world. That is the picture of the future that is guaranteed by the covenant. The covenant has fruitfulness as its emblem; so shall thy seed be! The easiest way to be fruitful is to connect to this covenant. That was what Hannah connected to for her change of story.

Until you vow, you shall not be avowed. God is not a joker, his covenant is sure. The covenant terminates the affliction of barrenness and gives stars as sons. If the root is not barren, the leaves cannot be barren. Abraham enjoyed assisted conception by the covenant, so shall your seed be! God has vowed to give stars as children, he’s awaiting your vow. The covenant is a vow by God, you connect by a vow; sworn seeds. The covenant is the surety to have children as stars. This is fruitfulness with a plus; having seeds as stars. A guaranteed future, sure and defined paths, greatness on every side. The covenant grants children with a mission; so shall thy seed be! Stars are coming out of your bowels! The seed is sure, blessed and a blessing to nations and generations.

“That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.”Genesis 22:17-18.

Signs given!

Behold, I and the children whom the Lord hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion. Isaiah 8:18.

God is a baby maker, signs and wonders are his franchise. The commandment to be fruitful and multiply is for quality seeds not quantity. Every covenant child is a sign and a wonder. God is proud of his children, their status is known before birth. Their life is a proof of their status; a promise fulfilled. God has such seeds waiting to be born than the desire to have them. Imagine where everyone is born great! What a world that would be. Signs and wonders are not products of chance, they are born. These children are pacesetters, and trailblazers. These are gifts from the lord of Hosts, who dwells who mount Zion. Those that like them never lack them; he gives to all that ask from him. The prayer of Hannah is instructive.

Hannah asked for a son, he received the gift of a sign. Her covenant with God was the return of the same to God. Wonders come from God, it’s for those that ask of him It’s all yours for the asking, God’s wonder stores overflow with children. Your gift of wonders shall not be delayed or denied. When you are set to ask, God is set to give His store of wonders are inexhaustible, desire determines your portion. Every request for children end in signs and wonders. That is the covenant at work; covenant sons are signs.

“Which doeth great things past finding out; yea, and wonders without number.” Job 9:10.

“Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”Matthew 7:7-8.

Signs and wonder

Behold, I and the children whom the Lord hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion. Isaiah 8:18.

While many are seeking for children, God has a package of signs and wonders. Covenant sons are for signs and wonders. Every supernatural conception end up as a wonder. Supernatural conception start with signs following. Abraham and Sarah were too old to have children, the covenant dissolved old age. Sarah was amused at the idea of having pleasure, laughter became his name. With all the odds against them, the covenant was performed. The covenant is the only odd to conception, every other odd is cancelled. Signs are new events, that has never occurred before. The covenant gives rise to new things irrespective of challenges. When these new things are repeated they are wonders.

“Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty. O let not the oppressed return ashamed: let the poor and needy praise thy name.“Psalms 74:20-21.

When the covenant is in force natural laws are suspended. The covenant respects nothing but the covenant. Everything in heaven and on earth have respect to the covenant. God respects the covenant also, signs & wonders are the proofs.. The covenant word is the seed of creation, it creates and recreates everything. Signs and wonder children are not convenient but covenant made. Supernatural conception is the master key to the birth of signs and wonders. Covenant Sons are for signs and wonders after the order of Isaac’s, Joseph’s Samuel and Jesus. They are no noisemakers but newsmakers. The covenant word creates signs and wonders as sons.

“Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.“John 1:13-14.

Blessing follow me!

O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the Lord. Thus saith the Lord, Write ye this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days:for no man of his seed shall prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling any more in Judah. Jeremiah 22:29-30.

I have since imagined the earth to be an inert substance until I started seeing from scriptures the contrary. The earth is a living thing having ears to hear & witness the spoken word. The earth is usually taken by hand of some persons, words are spoken against others and the piece of earth released. That is a curse, and they take effect because it was powered by hell. Blessing is God’s word spoken over your life, written on the earth and powered by heaven. The earth take notes of blessing & curses; the earth is a living thing, a witness. No matter the distance away from where the word is declared it is potent. The word of God dissolves curses and blessings follow you. The earth yields whatever is programmed within her.

“And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it:and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.”Genesis 1:28.

Blessings replenish the earth, curses destroys the earth. Blessing is God’s franchise, God has spoken and blessing must follow. The word of God on the earth is that we be fruitful and multiply. Curses came late, and they are expunged by the same word. Only a blessing can terminate a curse, not complaining. Pick up the earth and declare, I am programmed to be fruitful and multiply. It’s an act of faith but it terminates every curse on your earth. You are walking out of curses and blessings are following you. What you don’t want, don’t watch; take responsibility to replace curses with blessing. It’s your heritage in Christ. Blessing follow you! Be fruitful and multiply. Fruitfulness is not negotiable, the fruit of the womb is not debatable. Replace curses with blessings, that is the covenant the earth is your witness.

“Even by the God of thy father, who shall help thee; and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb:”Genesis 49:25.

Remembered

And she said, Let thine handmaid find grace in thy sight. So the woman went her way, and did eat, and her countenance was no more sad. And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the Lord, and returned, and came to their house to Ramah:and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the Lord remembered her. 1 Samuel 1:18-19.

Does God forget? Why is there a waiting period for answered prayers. Valid question begging for answers. The first part is not mine to answer, the second part is already answered. None is ever forgotten by God, you are always remembered. If your case is not forgotten then God does not forget. Hannah was remembered, something changed; her approach. God is God whether he gives you a child or not; worship him. Instead of being sad, she asked for help, vowed and worshipped God. Doing the same thing and expecting a different result is foolishness. Every appearance before God should be for an encounter, not routine. This time her appearance was registered, hence her remembrance. Every connection with God in Zion results in a change of story. Who else was remembered? Rachel.

“And God remembered Rachel, and God hearkened to her, and opened her womb. And she conceived, and bare a son; and said, God hath taken away my reproach: And she called his name Joseph; and said, The Lord shall add to me another son.”Genesis 30:22-24.

Remembrance is an acknowledgement or acceptance of your worship. Every contact with this wonder God leaves behind a tale open wombs. Every prayer is answered, every desire is granted and every expectation met. This happens when you meet with God. Hannah met with God and was remembered, so also Rachel. It’s not synonymous with how many times you have prayed, it’s happens when God meets with you. It’s beyond being in church but being in touch. Someone is overdue for an encounter with God. It’s your season of remembrance; as soon as he hears, he remembers.

Who else will be remembered?————-/——- Every encounter with God is for your remembrance. Those that are remembered have their babies as a proof.

“The Lord hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee; Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion; Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah.Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel.”Psalms 20:1-4.

When God laughs

And she said, Let thine handmaid find grace in thy sight. So the woman went her way, and did eat, and her countenance was no more sad. And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the Lord, and returned, and came to their house to Ramah:and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the Lord remembered her. 1 Samuel 1:18-19.

Mockery make people laugh; misrepresenting and imitating someone. Making mockery of life situations is the stock in trade of some comedians. They tell the story of poverty, lack, barrenness and failure. One reason for sadness of many childless couples is the mockery of men. One sure thing, humour does change lives when God is the comedian. Many attending comedy shows go home sad as laughter is transient and knowing that they were laughing at their situation. The only humour that does not end in sadness causes a change of story. Hannah’s countenance was no longer sad when her change of story came. Every encounter with the God of wonders affect your countenance forever. Laughter becomes a force of change of story.

“He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.”Psalms 2:4-5

God also laughs, he makes his people laugh also. This is not transient laughter, it’s everlasting bliss. God turns mockery to making babies, God laughs at your mockers. Watch out when your mockers multiply, they are witnesses arranged for your making. Church is God’s comedy house for making men great. Worship makes God laugh and deploy his warship of wonders. Those that mock at your childlessness become the audience to celebrate the arrival of Isaac. While you are a mockery, God’s word is at work to making your heritage. The maker of children transforms the mockery of men. It’s never late to have your Isaac; when God laughs, you are remembered.

“And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me. And she said, Who would have said unto Abraham, that Sarah should have given children suck? for I have born him a son in his old age.”Genesis 21:6-7.

Force of fruitfulness.

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it:and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Genesis 1:28.

Creation is the manufacturing of infrastructure for any purpose. Blessing is the power to accomplish the purpose for which we are created. It’s disturbing when medical science confirms the presence and functionality of fertility and birthing apparatus yet without a child. Explanations and hypothesis abound but the questions also. Blessing accomplishes every purpose described. If it was up to man to have a child, God will not release the blessing after creation. Many have trusted gender, skill and strength for the fruit of the womb. It is a blessing, it takes a blessing; it is not natural. The blessing turns a lady to a mother of children.

“Blessed is every one that feareth the Lord; that walketh in his ways. For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee. Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.”Psalms 128:1-3.

Blessing is God’s way to fruitfulness not labour. Labour without blessing ends in futility; It’s time to labour to be blessed. Creation remain unproductive irrespective of much effort until the blessing is obtained. Blessing is not casual, it is intentional; be fruitful and multiply. Those that trust their natural endowment end up in frustration. The blessing is all it takes for all round fruitfulness. Blessing is the power to increase and multiply; the force of fruitfulness. Having what it takes is a natural endowment by creation. Having the fruit of the womb as expected is the blessing of God. That is the force of fruitfulness; you are blessed

“Thou shalt be blessed above all people:there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle.”Deuteronomy 7:14.

The law of fruitfulness.

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it:and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Genesis 1:28.

Laws rule the world, norms rather than exceptions. God give commandments, and when they are received by men they reign. Fruitfulness is not a guess, it is a law. In the garden of perfection, nothing and no one was barren. Redemption is return to Eden, the garden of God and much more. Accept nothing less, obtain much more. The command to be fruitful and multiply is the law of life. It extends to every area of human endeavor, the fruit of the womb is a must. Fruitfulness is the first blessing of God to man and it still stands today. At creation, fruitfulness is concluded as a law. God is not trying to make man fruitful today, he has programmed all to be fruitful and multiply. Fruitfulness is arithmetic, multiplication is geometric. So your children comes in single or multiple births; that is the law!

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.”Romans 8:1-2.

Until sin and death came there was no miscarriage nor bareness. Another law came into effect and man was checked out of the garden. Redemption is return to the garden, with all rights & privileges restored. When the law of death is terminated, life germinates. Arithmetic and geometric increases become the norm, it is the law! Redemption therefore is escape from death, deprivation, delay & sin. Fruitfulness is the proof of redemption. They are served first with children above every other people; it’s their right. Even their animals are not permitted to be barren Enjoy the blessing of redemption, none shall be barren. Be fruitful for sure, you don’t have a choice; it’s the law!

“Thou shalt be blessed above all people:there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle. And the Lord will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.” Deuteronomy 7:14-15.
