Thus saith the Lord to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut; I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron: Isaiah 45:1-2.
This verse repeatedly pops out every time I read through this book of the law. Law is always with reference; The Lord is the only reference in the book. His word is the law; he says what he means and means what he says.
The book changes the status of slaves to sons. Without the truth of its pages all men are slaves to sin and the struggle continues. The word empowers men to do extraordinary or impossible things.
Every son of God hears his word, the same is his life and lifestyle. Cyrus was a heathen king, he heard thus saith the lord. The word anointed him to do the unusual, the impossible, the extraordinary. Those that their right hand is holden do right and they never miss their way in the race of life.
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart:and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30.
Those that must subdue nations are free from the law of nature. Those that cannot rise above nature will never be the leader of nations. The load of sin and death must be destroyed to be free to reign in life. Only the free are free to free their nations and generations. Those that come to Christ are free from the law of sin and death but bound by the law of the Spirit of life.
Learning starts with hearing the voce of the lord. Those that come to him find invaluable instructions from the word of God. The word of God is the commandment for high fliers in life. Exemption from the law of nature empowers for continuous breakthrough. In this new year, accomplish more by the anointed word of God.
Thus saith the lord! Become who the word of God says you are.
“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” Romans 8:1-2.
