Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the Lord blessed him. And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great: For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants:and the Philistines envied him. Genesis 26:12-14.

One of my friends once asked, why is it that we do the same work, but get different results? Am in the place of God! Blessing is God’s reward, work is man’s effort, hundredfold is the convenant jackpot. The covenant with God make distinction between one and another. Do you think Isaac was the only sower in that city? His result was exceptional and distinctive to make news. The precondition for oustanding or covenant results are protean. One important step is dwelling in your appointed place; “that land” Every land is not that land, your covenant land is that land. Every tree grows best where it is planted of God, not as desired by man. The heaven is over every place, it opens to give rain over thy land.

“And the Lord shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the Lord sware unto thy fathers to give thee. The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand:and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow.”Deuteronomy 28:11-12.

Your prosperity is linked to obedience to dwell in that land. There are lands where struggles, suffering and saddness are the norm. Where the labour of your hands are not rewarded. Its a land of begging, borrowing, scarcity and sorrow. That land or covenant place is known by hundredfold returns and rewards. A place where plenty is the norm; in your body, cattle, ground and goods. A place where the hand of man cannot affect or determine your substance. A land where the heaven is continually open to good treasures. Welcome to that land of covenant returns and rewards.

“After these things the word of the Lord came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram:I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.”Genesis 15:1
