And Moses took his wife and his sons, and set them upon an ass, and he returned to the land of Egypt:and Moses took the rod of God in his hand. In the contest of life all types of wisdom are on display. Exodus 4:20.
For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents:but Aaron’s rod swallowed up their rods. Exodus 7:12.
Every man shows his own wisdom; some for good and others for evil – Depending on the wisdom type; Godly, earthly, sensual and devilish. There are no neutral grounds in these things, the wisdom available is used. Expecting one to play within the confines of a particular wisdom type may not be tenable. They are used in the offices, boardrooms, market places, marriages every day. Each man casts his rod, the rules of engagement is clear; use what you have. Those that operate only earthly and sensual wisdom are usually the victims. Refusing to be drawn into the contest leads to continuous victimization. When the rod of the wicked is stretched out, earthly & sensual wisdom fails. The best does not always win, the wiser wins. The wisdom that swallows up another determines the outcome of events. Many people opt out when demonic wisdom is in use. Moses drew them into a contest with the rod of God. It’s time to have the rod of God for life contests everyday and everywhere. God’s wisdom is for overcoming life contests; earthly, sensual and devilish. These contests are inevitable but your victory undeniable. The word of God is the rod of God, the Holy Spirit directs its use.
Every battle in life is winnable, every challenge overcomeable and every disease curable with this rod. The victims wait but he that is born of God overcomes the world by faith. Your faith is the victory that overcomes always, everywhere and every time. Use the rod of God, use the word of God for certain victory in life. The rod of Christ swallows up, deprives and destroys the wisdom of the world.
“Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.”2 Corinthians 2:14.
“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world:and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”1 John 5:4.
